I'd like to further explore the brotherhood formed in a fire department. I've come up with some additional questions to the ones in the syllabus, as well as watched Ladder 49 (John Travolta movie...maybe the number is wrong. whatever) to look further at their friendship/brotherhood. I'd like to examine both the brotherhood of a specific department, as well as the feeling of national brotherhood with other fire departments across the country, as described in the article we read about firefighters and the response to September 11th.
