Secondary Resource

As one of my secondary resources, I have chosen a book called “Florida 1888 Winter park. One of the reasons that I picked this book is that it provides a brief description of the landscape of winter park at the time it was founded by Mr. Cahse and Mr. Chapman. It talked a little about the sizes of the lands, views and the way houses and building were built and sold to people. it also mentions the prices of the property at that time. The book is useful as one of the resources because it talks about Winter Park Company, which was the controlling company of the real estate business at the time.
