I believe this class is interesting, and I appreciate it because it is forcing me to learn interesting new things on my own. Although we go over a lot of the topics first learned through the readings, I enjoy being able to go in depth into history on my own, as all throughout high school my history classes have kind of babied me. History, in my opinion, is a very interesting subject and I enjoy the fact that this class is a shorter time period, so that I may learn a lot of detail about a specific time in American History. I'm really enjoying the current chapter because I'm refreshing my memory about facts that I already knew, as well as learning new things about the time.
