Topic and whatnot

I'm working with Rachael and we want to look into the relationship between the Winter Park Fire Department and other Departments. I really enjoyed having the fire chief in class today, and after his talk it seems that Winter Park works pretty well with neighboring counties since they don't have to deal with such strict jurisdiction issues as the police do. Maybe talking to some other firefighters will provide some insight into whether or not any rivalries exist inside the department itself or between departments...since WP works so well with other firestations in the area, it may be more of a competitive spirit as opposed to a negative rivalry.
